The
Shattan Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that it
has recently completed two Financial Advisory

Inc., a Charterhouse Group International, Inc. portfolio
company.
Express-Med, based in New Albany, Ohio, is one of the
nation's largest direct-to-consumer medical supply

and respiratory medications to customers in their homes.
MP TotalCare, Inc., based in Tampa, Florida, is a

medications to customers diagnosed with chronic

including chronic bronchitis, emphysema and asthma. MP
TotalCare also provides outsourcing services to home
medical equipment providers and retail pharmacies who
desire to serve their customers in the respiratory
medications and diabetes market segments.
In the second assignment, TSG was retained as a
co-Advisor by an Independent Committee of the Board of
Directors of AFC Enterprises, Inc. to provide
Financial Advisory Services. AFC Enterprises, Inc. is

bakeries and cafes in the United States, Puerto Rico and
33 foreign countries under the brand names Church's
Chicken, Popeyes® Chicken & Biscuits, Cinnabon®,
Seattle's Best Coffee® and Torrefazione Italia®
Coffee. The Company currently trades on the NASDAQ
market under the symbol AFCE, and has a market
capitalization of nearly $1.0 billion.
In addition to raising Private Equity capital, our
clients are increasingly asking us to advise them on
M&A initiatives and other corporate finance
opportunities, commented Greg Mendel, Managing
Director and Co-Founder of TSG. Given our expertise
in structuring transactions as well as our understanding
of what it takes to get transactions to the finish line,
providing Financial Advisory Services to our clients is
a natural extension of our Private Equity
capital-raising activities.
